Refund Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains how refund requests for VPN56 subscription services are submitted and handled. VPN56 provides direct connections in mainland China and international routes depending on the app. If you decide to stop using the service, you can apply under the terms below. Refund requests are handled through tickets in the user panel, where order checks, decisions, and follow-up communication are recorded.

Refund Window and Commitment

You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. Whether a request falls within this window is determined by checking the first successful payment record against the ticket submission time. You do not need to prove a connection issue or complete technical troubleshooting before applying.

If your request involves a monthly subscription, data package, or mid-term upgrade, list the relevant orders in your ticket so support can verify the payments and associated orders. Later payments do not restart the window from your first payment. Requests submitted after the window are not covered by the no-questions-asked full refund commitment above; you may submit a ticket with details for support to review and respond.

Eligibility and Order Review

You may apply within the refund window if, after normal use, the service does not meet your needs, your plans change, or you no longer need international routes. Having connected to a route or used a normal amount of data is not, by itself, grounds for denying a no-questions-asked refund. This policy does not set an unpublished data usage threshold.

If an order shows excess usage, an account restriction, or a disputed policy issue, the data records, account status, and payment ownership should be reviewed; a status notice alone is not a refund decision. For disputed cases, support should explain what is being reviewed and the basis for the review. Account-use disputes and refund requests are handled separately, and a vague policy-violation label is not a substitute for an explanation.

An order with no successful payment has no amount to refund; the same payment is not refunded twice once a refund has been completed. If the payment status is unclear or a duplicate charge is suspected, provide the transaction record so the payment received can first be verified.

How to Apply and What to Provide

  1. Sign in to the user panel, open the ticket page, and clearly request a refund. We recommend submitting from the account used for payment to make order verification easier.
  2. Provide the order number, payment time, payment amount, and payment method for each order under review. List each order separately if there is more than one. You may include a reason for the refund, but it is not required for a no-questions-asked refund.
  3. Check the ticket response. If the payment record cannot be matched, provide the requested transaction proof. You may redact personal information unrelated to verifying the order.
  4. Confirm the result in the original ticket and save the refund confirmation. If the funds have not arrived, continue checking through that ticket to keep the order information together.

Do not submit your account password or payment account login credentials. If you cannot sign in, use the account help entry in the panel to resolve access issues first. This page does not provide any unpublished off-site contact details.

Refunds to the Original Payment Method

VPN56 supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Refunds for Alipay and WeChat Pay are prioritized to the original payment account through the original payment channel. If the channel reports an error or a refund to the original method is not possible, support should explain why in the ticket first and confirm the next steps with the applicant.

USDT transfers cannot be handled using the same refund process as Alipay or WeChat Pay. Before processing, the original transaction, blockchain network, and receiving address must be verified, and the return arrangement confirmed in the ticket. Do not rely only on an account balance change to determine whether a refund is complete; check the relevant transaction proof.

If there are differences involving currency, network fees, or other payment details, explain them clearly and obtain confirmation before processing. This page does not set unverified fee percentages or exchange rules.

Refund Status and Follow-Up

Receipt of a refund request, initiation of a refund, and arrival of the funds are separate statuses. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on payment channel processing, account status, or blockchain network confirmation; this policy does not promise a standard processing time. Support should explain the current status in the ticket and, once a refund has been initiated, provide verifiable refund or transaction proof.

If a ticket says the refund has been sent but you have not received it, first check the original payment account and its transaction history, then attach the relevant records to continue the inquiry. Any adjustments to order benefits, remaining data, or account status resulting from a refund should be explained in the outcome. See the Terms of Service for other service rules, and the Privacy Policy for how order information is handled.
